Learn about the human body systems and gain a foundation of health care sciences to prepare for a future career in the medical field. Successful completion of the program may qualify students to take the state certification exam to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. Possible courses include Foundations of Health Care Science, Fundamentals of Human Anatomy, and Principles of Biomedical Science. Students have the opportunity to complete an internship in the health care field during their junior or senior year. This program is offered at all U-46 high schools.
